Operations Manager Thailand Thai National

We are looking for an Operations Manager who is as passionate about hospitality as we are

You will be a Thai national with a good command of English,or European that speaks Thai well

You will be responsible for the managing all day to day activities in the Hotel, maintaining standards and giving bespoke guest service in accordance with our ethos and policies. To ensure a smooth & high standard for all our guests from arrival to departure, exceeding guest expectations, whilst identifying and maximising all sales opportunities, ensuring your team are developed to do the same. Maintain open communication and build positive relationships with colleagues to ensure that all efforts are focused upon guest satisfaction and experience at the hotel Main Responsibilities.

To be responsible for staff development and ensure high levels of customer service are achieved.

To lead, encourage and manage the team through effective meetings and delegation

Meet and greet guests

Evaluate quality of service in line with AA requirements

Deal with complaints and guest comments in line with company guidelines

Address problems in a timely manner

Deal with contractors and suppliers.

Carry out regular inspections of the property in order to provide a first-class property for guests

To ensure that guests expectations are exceeded and repeat business is stimulated through professional and cost-efficient management of all Food & Beverage operations

To plan and manage staffing levels effectively in accordance with the hotel’s occupancy, events, forecasts and budget

To drive team performance to achieve revenue targets and budget productivity targets.

To effectively recruit, select and manage team members who meet the current and future needs of your department and the hotel.

To ensure that all team members are up to date regarding events, company activities and objectives

Ensure compliance with licensing laws; Health & Safety and other statutory regulations
