We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Head chef or senior sous chef for a stunning boutique hotel with the very best standards. the hotel has recently had a complete refurbishment, and is aspiring to top flight food and service.
As Head Chef, you will be fully accountable and responsible for food production. You will ensure the delivery of efficient, safe and disciplined kitchen management achieving statutory obligations, product and service standards and a high degree of guest care within budgeted kitchen profit. Also, as Head Chef you will oversee the development of all menus to at least a two AA rosette preferably three, you will encourage the training and development of your brigade as well as receiving fantastic opportunities to enhance your own leadership skills. good management skills, and a passion for producing excellent food, and with stunning presentation we offer a good salary and bonuses
